    Вацлавская площадь и улица 28-го октября находятся в самом сердце старинной Праги и составляют вместе со Староместской площадью один из прекраснейших исторических комплексов. В этом месте семья старопражских дворян открыла в мещанском доме, построенном в XIV веке, известный магазин с оригинальным чешским стеклом. Это был четырехэтажный дом «У золотого улья», в котором после сложной реконструкции была открыта комфортабельная гостиница. Само здание уже с XV века украшено фресками чешских художников и предлагает незабываемые виды башен и крыш исторического центра города.
