Приезжаем с мужем в отель 30 апреля на 9 ночей, очень хотелось бы получить номер на 3 или 4 этаже с видом на море. Возможно ли это?

Hello! Thank you for your previous answer. We are coming on Sunday (27/04) at 6 o'clock and I think we'll be in the hotel at about 8 a.m. We booked a one bedroom apartment for Voronova and Smirnova from Solvex company and we'll have 2 little children under 3 years old with us. Is it possible to check-in in the morning and not to wait until 12 or 14 o'clock? As it will be very difficult for children to wait in the hall after a night in the sky.

Hello! We are coming on the 27th of April with two little children. We've booked one bedroom apartment through Solvex tour agency. So I'd like to know if it's possible to accommodate us on the first or second floor? Our booking is for Voronova and Smirnova. And also I'd like to find out about wi-fi in the hotel. Is it free or chargeable?
