Администраторы... ресепшн...об услугах отеля

Администраторы... ресепшн...об услугах и ценах не знают ,по телефону инфо дают одну,на месте совсем другое,спа зона- вода в бассейне с ужасным запахом,сауна финская не работает,о чем заранее никто не предупреждал.Что входит в стоимость посещения сами не знают,придумывают на месте за что брать деньги,админ в спа зоне неприветливый, отвратительный тип.

Приличный отель!

Приехали вечером с товарищем и сняли два номера. Небольшие приличные номера. Уютные, ремонт свежий, сантехника отличная.
Всё понравилось. Завтрак тоже на высоте. Очень приятно что под дверью нет щели куда попадает свет из коридора и шум.
Интернет работает хорошо. Из минусов только телевизор - дурацкий смарт телевизор! Пока разберёшься как пользоваться проходит определённое время и сигнал...

Останавливалась на 3 дня, будучи в деловой командировке. Отличный современный отель, стильный, удобный. Чистота, тишина, покой, комфорт в номере. Превосходное качество постельного белья, хорошее кондиционирование, быстрый бесплатный вай-фай. Завтраки в лобби - скажем так, обычные, не потрясли воображения ни ассортиментом, ни сервировкой, ни вкусовыми качествами. Ресторан не посещала, - может,...
