Расположен в центре Светлогорска, в 300 м от комфортабельного пляжа. Инфраструктура: В Светлогорском центральном военном санатории  имеется киноконцертный зал на 600 мест, кафе-бар, библиотека с читальным залом, спортивный зал, тренажерный зал, теннисные корты, открытые спортивные площадки для волейбола и бадминтона, бильярд. Функционируют бассейн с морской водой, сауна, парикмахерская, косметический кабинет.
