Отменяют бронирование в одностороннем порядке!
Бронировали проживание в данном отеле в сентябре 2022 года.
Бронирование подтвердили. Форма оплаты была указана “Наличные или карта при заезде”. В результате, приехали в указанное время в отель, нас туда даже не пустили. Сказали, что нужно звонить на ресепшен по указанному номеру – ок, позвонили. Знаете, что нам ответили? – а все номера заняты, надо было нам звонить и оплачивать...
