Чтобы ожидания от отеля совпали с реальностью надо понимать, что это Италия и у отеля 3 звезды. Это маленький, уютный отель с прекрасным персоналом, который всегда готов был помочь. Конечно сам отель не новый, однако видно, что был сделан косметический ремонт, мебель и сантехника в хорошем состоянии, что-то новое. Сейфа нет.Задавала вопрос по поводу наличия сейфа перед поездкой, но мне никто...
