INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE HOTEL
Является одним из первых лечебно-оздоровительных учреждений курорта Сочи, в 1999 году ему исполнилось 70 лет. Расположен между Курортным проспектом и берегом Черного моря на полосе шириной 300 м, протянувшейся на 750 м вдоль побережья, в нижней части юго-западного склона горы Бытха. Уникальной особенностью санатория является его парк - один из старейших в городе - бывшее имение известного русского философа - просветителя Е.Н.Трубецкого. Это огромная лесопарковая зона площадью около 11 га. По заключению специалистов, уникальная парковая зона обладает удивительными биоэнергетическими и целебными дендрологическими свойствами.
