Stolen purse 300$
I left my purse with 300$ at the wc near the sports bar for 5 minutes and it was already stolen by the stuff.
The girls at the reception did nothing, only after I told I would call the police they directed me to the stand where to fill in the blanks with complain.
No cameras only outside which made no sense.
The staff steals. Very disappointing. Nothing was actually done to solve the situation. There was a cart left nearby of a cleaning lady and nothing was done. The person who cleaned there took my purse. If they had cameras or a better service it would have been all easily settled.
But apparently they don’t put camera on purpose so that the stuff could steal.
They didn’t clean anything, room service was disgusting.
They made a hideous swan out of a blanket instead of cleaning the blanket.
Everything was dirty, they never changed towels, not even once during 9 nights.
It’s better to put don’t disturb sign bun even if you put it the stuff can come and steal.
Especially be accurate on the day of you departure with your personal things.
So sad!!!!
Never coming back again!!!!
