The worst hotel I've ever seen. I don't recommend it to anyone.
Upon arrival, there is no place to sit in the common hall, there is not even water to drink. In the hall, under the suffocating temperature, there is a crowd of people who are either waiting for departure or have arrived. There is no place to sit. I asked at the reception for water for the children, they didn’t give it. They said until you get a room, you won’t get anything. So we arrived early, we had to wait 4 hours until they put us in the room. We sat with small children outside in the heat. The room was given not the one they promised and we paid for. The room was like for homeless people. Cracked walls, a torn and terrible lamp. The air conditioning didn‘t work properly. The refrigerator leaks and does not freeze. The walls in the room are cracked, as well as the ceiling. The Internet is terribly weak , it is impossible to connect with the rest of the world. The TV-set saw dinosaurs, even without USB.
Breakfasts are very scarce. There is no children's menu.
There is no kettle in the room. They don’t give a mattress for the child in a child bed, but instead a thin blanket is set. There are no slides for children in the pool. Many photos are fake photos.
Now about the service. The elevator to the third floor, where we were with the children, did not work. The employee answered our question "why the elevator does not work", answered with an evil smile and sarcasm: "So may be you‘ve broke it?" No comments. Unprofessionalism and arrogance rolls over. Very disgusting behavior.
At the reception they turn of their noses and do not want to solve your problems.
"ALL INCLUSIVE" – empty words. Only beer and wine are included in real. Strong drinks are limited. Bottles in the bar a third full. When strong alc. is finished they promise to refill it soon, but really they gone out forever.
The coffee machine does not work well, there is a long queue. That's "all inclusive" for you.
At the reception they do not accept any crytics. They don't resolve issues.
About rooms:
Dirty towels, no slippers.
The rooms are not cleaned, you have to catch them.
Russians are not advised to speak Russian. Discrimination is felt. They do not monitor the cleanliness of the territory.
As for food: food is scarce, but tolerable.
Conclusion: the game is not worth the candle.
Sea: the road is broken, that is the real hell with the baby carriages.
I strongly do not recommend to visit this hotel. You certainly will spoil your vacation.
2 star hotel max.
PS: contacting the organizer of the trip for help (in our case, this is "TezTour") did not give any positive results.
