I got robbed at the hotel!
Upon arrival in Kayseri, the airline lost its skis. After 3 days they were returned to the hotel and after that I did not see them. Every day I asked them at the reception.
Upon arrival home, I contacted the airline and it turned out that they returned the skis after 3 days at the hotel. After 2 months, with the help of the airline, the skis were returned to me.
The hotel refuses to take responsibility.
