We’d like to warn every guest who plans to stay at the hotel: never book a bungalow with heated pool. The water temperature in a heated pool is the same as in a non-heated pool and absolutely the same as in the sea. The hotel takes extra charge for the heated pools and does not spend a single penny for heating. When we ask a manager to move us to a bungalow with a non-heated pool and return the difference she says that the hotel is sold out while there are number of offers at the Booking.com. Besides we booked a sea view bungalow but it appeared to be a staff toilets view ( or something if the kind). After a scandal they offered us another bungalow. But it costs us spoiled nerves, bad mood and we’ve lost one day of our relaxing holidays: packing, unpacking, waiting for problems to be solved. In a word it’ s the worst hospitality we’ve ever met.
