Horrible
Good afternoon, we had such a situation that we were issued a fine of 3600 lire. Some people came to us that day and checked the room (there was nobody in the room), then we went to the guest services department and said that we had to pay this amount.
They wrote out a fine:
1) Broken plastic glass (there was an accident- my mom hit her head, and it is clear that we had to pay, we did not deny it. The amount we had to pay for glass was 700 lire, and not 3600 lires )
2) Small scratches on the furniture (we did not do this, there could have been many other guests in this room before us as the hotel was built a long time before. It is claer they have no evidence that we did it)
3) Small scratches on the TV (honestly, we don’t know where it came from, we didn’t watch TV, and especially why should we touch it)
We began to clarify the situation and they claimed that we did not even try to get out. They also said that they would not let us out of the hotel (this was the last day of our stay, we had 10 people with us) until we pay a fine, they did not let us out
