beautiful hotel but TERRIBLE FOOD
the hotel itself is very beauitiful, very nice, views are awesome, pools are great and the beaches too, our company of 5 people loved the resort very much, but the hotel has only one minus, and it is a big minus- its food, food at citadel azur in Hurghada was terrible, i am not a picky eater but the food was so bad, every day they serve same food, it should be a different food each evening, they said French dinner, Egyptian dinner, Italian and so on, but food was all the same, only the sign on the wall they changed, it was funny because they just changed the sign on the wall but food was all the same and also not very fresh, none of us liked the food, other guests who were at the hotel had same opinion about the food, they all loved the hotel, territory, pools, but hated the food, I hope the hotel will change something, because food is really the worst....

Kindly be informed that there are 5 Restaurants are open for the guests:
The Citadel: Main dining room serving open buffet for breakfast, a wide selection of buffet options for dinner & midnight snacks.
Harbor Inn: International buffet restaurant and snack stations open for lunch & afternoon snacks.
La Gondola: Italian à la carte restaurant open for dinner (prior reservation).
El Gaucho: “Churrascaria”- Brazilian set menu restaurant open for dinner (prior reservation).
Blue Marlin: Fish Restaurant serving open buffet for dinner (prior reservation).
As well Café Mozart: serving traditional Austrian strudel, pastries, cakes & large variety of coffees, tea & infusions during the day & alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the evening and Piccolino: serving selected Ice-cream & Panini sandwiches.
Our new Thai Restaurant Orchid: Thai cuisine à la carte Restaurant open for dinner (prior reservation, 1time per stay).
The Citadel Azur is an Ultra All-inclusive hotel, providing a large choice of food & beverage to guests’ inside each outlet and in case of a special food request, this is handled by the Restaurant Manager on individual basis.
