The Lind Boracay

It was simply awful. We stayed there for 3 days and construction works took place from 6 in the morning till late evening. Smell of paint, construction noise at 6 in the morning, some crazy Chinese guys that split beer all over the top pool and administration had no reaction. My friend got food poisoning at their restraunt. We informed the resident manager (Cecille Bay Teodoro)that want to check out and asked for a refund for a day we paid for our suit but didn't use it.

Manager promised to make a refund to a credit card within 2 weeks and issued an invoice but after we have moved out manager said there would be no refund. We asked Ministry of tourism to help us to solve this situation and they responded that this hotel hasn't been yet accredited. Now we shall suit this hotel. It's such a shame for a "luxury" hotel to treat their clients like this! They have spoiled our vacation and impression of the Philippines.
