Ma’In Hot Springs 5*

I was staying in Ma'in Hot Springs with my husband.

We were absolutely astonished by the location, just come and see it! It is impossible to describe! We had a week of complete relaxation there. The weather was not hot, it was windy quite often, bit it didn't bother us, because the pool, spa and surrounding springs were from warm to hot, so it was perfect all together.

The food was just great, I love arabic food, and there was plenty of it in Ma'in, as well as others cuisines.

The rooms are cosy, comfy and large. There were some troubles with the shower, I informed the management about it, but still nothing got fixed. Anyway, it didn't cause too much problem.

The main sad accident happened the day before our leave... I prepared my clothes for the trip to the airport (we were checking-out at 6 a.m.) and put it to the drawer under the TV. It was before the cleaning. In the evening I found out that a piece of my underwear (panties) were missing!!! I looked through the whole room, everywhere... Then I came to the manager at reception, who seemed to be really suspicious about my story (as if I was claiming that my money or jewelry was lost...). She sent an assistant to my room, and this man was looking for my panties everywhere - even under the TV! That's so ridiculous and embarrassing! I felt like I was in a cheap hostel, not in a 5-star hotel! The saddest thing was that nobody even excused for the incident! And the funniest thing - the next day a woman who was staying at the hotel at the same time as us, sent us a message that she discovered that her panties were also missing!!! What's happening???

I really hope that the higher management of Ma'In sees my message and does something about this, because right now the cleaning personnel steals underwear, and tomorrow - money or jewelry...

Please don't be misled by by story - the location and the hotel itself are absolutely wonderful, 1000% worth visiting! But such nasty incidents spoil all the good memories... I don't want to hide my underwear to the safe!
