Luckily for us this is not the opinion of the most part of our guests. I remember this family. One of them had a problem with his or her back. That's the reason why they were no comfortable with the matress. They say "one of the matresses" was hard. Tha's ridiculous, allour matresses are the same. They were offered to change their room, butthey did'nt accept. Continuing with th e nonsenses, are we guilty for the supermarkets to be far????,thats ridiculous too. This isanhotel.When you go to an hotel you are supposed to have your meals in the restaurante unless you have Full Board. It is not necessary to carry heavy bags with food. If you want to do that you go to an appartment not to an hotel. Let's go on, the beach was full of people..... no answer about that, everyone can answer how is supposed to be a beach in Spain in summertime? empty for them?. To finish only two simple things. I SPEAK RUSSIAN, obviously not like a native one, but I have no problem speaking with my russian guests, 3 people in reception, all of us speak a very good english. When someone is out of the reception is probably because of a problem in a room, nobody is out of reception more than 2 minuts. The rooms are cleaned EVERY DAY. We only provide the bath gel the first day as a courtesy. In my opinion these family have never been in an hotel. Don't forget that we are a correct 3 stars, not a luxury one.
