However, please allowed me to express my wonder concerning the fact that although you stated that you are happy with your overall experience in our hotel, your rate is showing differently. Dear Guest, We are very sorry you feel this way. However please allowed us to explain you that for a 3 * Hotel and especially in our Hotel, as we do how to advertise in Biblio Globus Hotel's description, you may find the below: - Housekeeping Service: every 3 days - WiFI & Mini Bar Service: Available on A charge - A sea view room is a room that has a view on the sea. We do have 50 Standard Sea View Rooms and 12 Sea View Rooms Family. - On our Daily Buffet dinner menu we do have 8 different kind of salads, 2 pasta, 1 rice, 1 vegetable dish, 1 pork dish, 1 chicken dish, 1 fish dish and 1 traditional CY dish. Also for desserts we have 3 kinds of creamy sweets, 1 chocolate fountain with assortments and 3 kinds of fresh seasonal fruits. So far all comments we have concerning the food are positive, however we will Investigate your complaint and come back to you. We need to mention to you as well that we are a new fully renovated hotel (we changed our name from Crusader to Harmony Bay). We try our best to satisfy our guests and it's with a big disappointment that we read these comments. We hope we could change the way you feel, and shared as well our others guests feedbacks. We remain in your disposal for any queries you might have and really we hope to see you again back and give us a second chance to change your mind. Dear Mrs Olga, Thank you for your Constructive Comments. Please allowed us to let you know that for triple the rooms we use a brand new Sofa for a bed. There are no broken legs as you mentionned, as all of them are brand new. We checked our history books to truck any complaints we had during your stay, and it is with a big surprise that I have not seen any comments or complaints from yourside. We also bouble-checked it with your REP but it Seems you have not mentionned anything to us or to the REP so that we could try to solve the issue. As you can read in our Hotel description, we do have a Housekeeping Service every 3 days . I would also like to clarify you again, as we did during your stay,that we can not upgrate (Change room) if we do not have availabilities. We wish we could upgrate you but unfortunatly the Hotel was fully booked. Thank you for your Comments for the room (4) and the food (4) but the service review (2), we find it a bit strict as it does not reflect on what we offer. We wish you could change you mind on that.
