Concerning to your complaint for not ready room, kindly be informed that after we checked HK report upon arrival time 18:00 your room status was vacant clean, and you got the room category that you reserved (Family room one unit FZ1). As for that, the room was old, actually a lot of our guests accommodate at the same room and we did not receive such complaint. Regarding to some defects in the room, firstly we would like to apologized about that, but sometimes it is happened but if you reported that to us immediately we can deal with but you did not inform the reception, (after checking all the guest comment during your stay), and when you asked for room change next day we moved you to another room in the same category FZ1 in better condition. As for 60 euro additional charges it was a supplement (it was per six nights not per one night), for room upgrade to another room category with side sea view or pool view.
