Dear guest In the first I sorry because you didn't be happy and satisfied in our hotel. 1- all inclusive when you arrived we give you all inclusive to read to you know every thing. 2-for food our restaurant is international we change the menu everyday. 3-if the room was what you said but I'm not sure why you didn't asked for change it. 4-for mosquitoes we put spray in the room didn't forget you are in dry weather. 5-we have Wi-Fi 00-24 in the lobby. 6- About the guide you must contact your travel agency. 7-we doesn't say we have hot water in the swimming pool. Добрый день! Подскажите есть ли у Вас бассейн с подогревом? Какая планируется новогодняя программа? И играет ли музыка в о ели? Есть ли анимация?
