Thank you Svetlana for writing us a beautiful review, we as a team try to make our guest stay comfortable, but sometimes due to language problem we have some misunderstanding, like cleaning of room is only done with your concern, or when CLEAN MY ROOM tag is put outside door, we cannot enter your room without your permission, Linen is changed only after 3 days on request if it needs to change, and not daily. Please note our price is very minimum given and facilities what we give is highest in arambol. Well some understand some dont, but we are happy that you all enjoyed your stay. Elevator is working, due to some power fluctuation some times it gives problem. and by the way you came in February, that time it was working. And you were very fond of Harry Potter, not me, you were always asking about her :))

We as team all work together to give our guest the best of the best with spacious rooms, huge balcony to relax, and some toiletries in bathroom on arrival, we understand you all come from very far with so many hours of travelling, so at the time of Check-In we give you a bottle of water as complimentary from hotel. Andrew you didnt mention you saw Harry Potter in our hotel, and no request of rooms please, rooms are allocated on first come first basis, we start allocating from top floor, once its full we have to allocate ground floor too, as ground floor rooms is also to sell, we cant keep empty, so no request of room number please.
