Dear Yuri First of all let thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay at Marina Plaza Hotel, I do extend my sincere apology for any inconvenience you may have experienced due to Pool works and maintenance, I would like to withdraw your attention that closing the pool was for our guest's safety and avoid any indecent due to pool edges, However we offered our guests two options of using Beach club and Grand Tala Bay along with two drinks, despite we did not stopped the all inclusive program. Al our team members working diligently to enhance our guest' experienced, We appreciate your patience and hope to have another chance to visit Marina Plaza Hotel for enjoyable stay hat you would love and expect . Let me withdraw your attention that our hotel provide two bottle of water in the rooms and guest can use the bar and restaurant for any water from 07:00 till 23:00, Also our buffet close at 22:30 and we are flexible to extend whenever needed for the any guests who missed their dinner, The swimming pool was under fixing for safety measurement and our guest were using it during the day Pool was in operation before your stay ends with three days, However we are appreciating your feedback and all team members will work diligently to ensure similar situation can be avoided in the future. Once again thank you and we know you have many choices when it come to you and we hope to have another to choose our hotel in the near future for enjoyable and memorable stay that you would love.
