Thank you for taking the time to review us. Please see my answers to some of your comments. *Please note that we have a hotel doctor that is on call 24 hours a day. We have a life guard during the pools opening hours, but we do not have one on the beach nor do we claim to have one on the beach. The beach does not belong to the hotel, we simply rent it and supply umbrellas and sun beds for our guests. *We serve a variety of meals suitable for children and honestly it is the first time someone complains about not having variety for children. The breakfast consists of a variety of cereals, jams, toast, eggs (boiled, broiled and fried) fruit and the list goes on and on… *As for any complaints concerning your travel rep, it is best to contact them directly. *Yes many of our guests are from Balkan countries but also from Greece, northern Europe, the U.S.A etc. The fact that we have people from other countries and continents only makes for an interesting vacation. Many of our guests are excited to meet people from other countries and a lot become friends. If it’s Russian people you want to meet, then why travel to Greece? *We have very strict policies (noted on our website and agents have this information) concerning check-in and check-out hours. Check-in starts at 14:00, which is when you get your all-inclusive bracelet and check-out is at 12:00, where upon your all-inclusive bracelet is removed. Before you have the bracelet and after it is removed the all-inclusive does not apply. Never the less, guests are welcome to eat at the hotel for a very small fee. *We indeed have a price list in the room concerning the furnishings etc. many hotels are doing this now and it has to do with the prevention of damages. Guests are a lot more likely to respect the property if they know that they will have to pay reparations. *Our hotel has a full time gardener who’s job is to keep the property clean and the grass, trees and all flora trimmed and watered. I personally inspect the gardens daily and am very satisfied with how they look. Also, aside from olive trees we have fig trees, orange trees, tangerine trees, pomegranate trees, walnut trees etc. *The hotel next to us has shows twice a week. Though it can be heard depending on where your room is at our hotel, all shows stop at 23:00. I’m sorry you were inconvenienced by your noisy Croatian neighbors but when you book at a resort you must realize that there will be more people there who will not necessarily have your life style. *The Village of Metamorfosi is 1,5km from the hotel and you can find taverns, pizzerias, bars, tourist shops, super markets, bakeries, pastry shops, coffee shops etc. *Adult animation and what it consists of is mentioned on our website and all agents have this information. *Also if you had problems with your TV channels all you had to do was call reception. They would have sent the technician over immediately to take care of it. *No where do we mention that we supply beach towels. *We are very pleased that you enjoyed the room and the room service :) *We do not offer a toilet at the beach because the beach is not our private property which means we cannot install pipes or a sewage system. That would be against the law. *We have stopped the self-service system concerning beverages at the restaurant because it had created problems in the past. Primarily with children playing at the soda machine or dropping their glass, which meant we had to close the area until all the broken glass was picked up. Some parents have a hard time understanding that their child is too young to be serving itself. *We have a machine with a variety of coffees at the restaurant. We’re sorry you didn’t like any of them. *Some of our guests are content to just relax at the hotel during their stay and others want to travel around the peninsulas or other parts of Greece. This is why we offer to arrange trips and excursions or other activities. We also offer to arrange car and bike rentals etc. All this information is posted at the reception. Hi there Valentine and thank you for taking the time to rate and review us. Please know that we take all comments seriously because your opinion is important to us. You wrote that we do not have a children's play room which we do and is in fact open for most of the day and with a lot of activities for children. We have a Greek and a Russian girl working there so I don't understand why language was a problem. We also have an on call doctor 24 hours a day. All you have to do is call reception and we will take care of it. We do not have a bar at the beach but all our guests are welcome to take their drinks from the pool bar to the beach. You wrote that the beach was not clean. The area where the hotel has placed the sunbeds and umbrellas is free of rocks, now if it has been windy and the weather has brought in debris, well that's nature. Our beach guy cleans everyday! The price for 2 sunbeds and 2 umbrella is €3 euros and it is noted on our website and all agents have this information. We in fact are cheaper than other hotels which charge a minimum of €5. We have a charge in order to secure that you get sunbeds because if it's free, people outside the hotel will use them and there will be nothing left for our guests. You also mention that the village of Metamorfosi has only a church a pharmacy and one store. Please note that the village of Metamorfosi also has bars. pizzerias, tourist shops, taverns, supermarkets etc. We never the less thank you for visiting us and we wish you a great rest of the summer.

Please know that the road you mention that leads to the beach, where you write about an unpleasant smell, does not belong to the hotel. Also the beach to the right is free of stones and sea urchins because it belongs to the Hotel. The rest of the beach does not. We hope to see you back some time. Have a great rest of the summer
