kindly ask you to help in resolving a difficult situation with our tourists who are the guests of your wonderful hotel at the moment. Our clients GALIUZA ARTUR and SYTNIKEVYCH GANNA chose your hotel for their honeymoon. The stay was booked and fully paid in April, the fact of the payment was confirmed by our partners Company Terramar. But on checking in Galiuza Artur and Sytnikevych Ganna was informed at the reception that the hotel had not received the payment. Our clients had to pay the stay for the second time. We kindly ask you to confirm the receiving of the payment which was made in April, and return the money to the tourist which they paid on arrival.
