Thai kickboxing, or Muay Thai is a combat sport (martial art) that is the national sport of Thailand. It is known as the art of eight limbs as hands, elbows, knees, and legs can be used to attack an opponent. Sessions are offered in your villa or at a nearby off-site gym, if a sparring ring is required for more advanced participants.
