I booked 4 rooms at the Isrotel King Solomon Hotel through Booking.com for one night from 7 to 8 May 2019. Payment was made by my credit card in the amount of 3232 ILS (shekel).

Upon arrival, hotel demanded to pay the same amount of 3232 ISL by the same credit card. I had to pay one more time.
I booked 4 rooms for my family and for my friends. Unfortunately, my friends would not be able to arrive at the hotel either, so we wanted to cancelled booking for 2 rooms. So we refused the hotel reservation and immediately received an e-mail confirmation of the hotel that the hotel was canceled.
As a result, we settled in two rooms and paid for the same credit card 1556 ISL (shekels).
So, for today two payments for 3232 shekels each has not been received back on my credit card; moreover, today 3232 shekels has been withdrawn again from my credit card.
So Total refund is already three payments of 3232 ISL each.
According to the current situation, I called my bank, which confirmed that two sums of 3232 ISL were withdrawn and two in the amount of 1556 ISL and 3232 ISL were blocked.
I ask you to understand the situation and help return the money to my credit card.
