It was our second trip to Aldemar Cretan (first in 2005), we were glad to find new pleasant changes had been introduced to the hotel itself and service system. It became a better place to stay at. We would also be glad to say our special thanks to some hotel staff who impressed us being hard workers and being very polite to the guests. Mr. VAGELIS SOFTSIS (Veranda rest.), Mr. STEVEN (Veranda rest.), Mrs. KATYA LITVINOVA (Veranda rest.), and, of course, their Head: Mr. GRIGORIUS, Manager. Thank you all for the great work! Animation team is superb! We loved a Vocalist, he is a star.
Few words on things yet to be perfected: bathroom and lavatory equipment in some of the rooms yet to be much perfected. Internet connection was often not available from the room, we had to go closer to the reception to get connected. There was no blender in the Kids' restaurant, it is required quite often.
But apart from that the vacation was really good, thank you all.
