This hotel is just most of the hotels in this category. The pool is fine the Food selection is fine and the rooms are fine too. But what makes it special is the people who work there. I'll begin with bartenders those guys are polite and professionals would do there best if at least try to speak turkish to them just for being polite. The same I could say about waiters. The animation team are the people who've given nine very memorable days to my little son and me. Doing it with the joy and fun, making you feel in the middle of attention, remembering your name and just doing their very best. Thank you all! DJ Eddy ( that's how he calls himself), Niko (little man with a huge heart), Alek and Asya (great with kids and enjoying that), Asan (smart and fun to be with), Armen (cool and funny) , a sweet heart Jan (hey Baby!),my dear Chinara (great sports and dancing), and the soul of this team is Mali ( thanks for being you!). Didn't get a chance to get to know Balu better but I'm sure he is very professional and I'm sure he is creative enough to find something else instead of "Oh my God" to get people together because some of us take it a little more serious then using this frase for the animation.

The impression is very plasant! A great place to go with the kids!
