Здравствуйте была в Вашем отеле,только вот бармен Ваш меня обокрал зовут Никита(Ашраф) золото,айфон,гэлекси,вообщем полный набор,я не обеднею,но если хотите сохранить репутацию отеля займитесь серьезно подбором персонала
first of all we are sorry to hear this situation ,it is the first time that we have this complaint ,but if you can to send to us the full information on our private E-mail to take the suitable action ( Jasmine.frontoffice@hwaidakhotels.com )
we want to see you again in our hotel and don't worry our guests are always safe in our hotel that's why we have alot of regular guests ,and be sure that our managment do there best to make all our guests satisfied
