Missing items (stolen winter jacket) Strongly NOT recommended
Absolutely disgusting care (zero) and really bad services (2 plastic water per week stay)
And in final the worst situation with missing items from room and ignoring for support and help.
I asked trice to deal and provide answers for questions from Hotel stuff (sent emails to danhotels@danhotels.com) with 0 responds during 1 month.
Dear DanHotels management.
I write you a letter in order to deal with the situation that has appeared after my staying at the hotel. I was accommodated in Dan Accadia Herzliya Hotel during 19th till morning 26th of October in room # 410.
Check out was fulfilled at 25th midnight and at 26th at 7 AM I had a touristic bus to Jerusalem.
But unfortunately, because of the haste and fatigue I missed my dark red winter jacket with a hood (it is SPRINGFIELD brand) in the cupboard. In bus I indicated that problem and had a call (7:10 AM) to hotel reception with request to pick up my jacket from room and keep it in any appropriate place (or reception) also I informed hotel personal what I will back to hotel I get back my missed jacket after trip around 8 PM.
But on my return to Dan Accadia Hotel nobody can not found that, and nobody did not have any information about missing/presence my item.
I had non comfortable and long discussion with hotel manager (unfortunately I don't remember his name, but he is man with dark hear approx. 30 years old). I waste more 2 hours to get nothing.
The hotel manager promised to me to investigate my problem and call me in any cases. I provide to him my contacts.
But today is 5 days passed and no call and no feedback I get.
After incident I got taxi to airport and take a flight to Moscow where I caught a cold because was wearing only a shirt. (it was +5 degree in morning with small rain)
Here I'm asking you to deal and investigate my situation and provide me answer and solution of problem
I know that between our companies, (Cisco systems © and DanHotels company) exist business relation sheep and where are many Cisco employee from many country use your service in your hotels. And I pretty sure what you able to manage such kind of problem and get positive results.
Here I copied exact picture of missed SPRINGFIELD item.
