When we arrived, lobby seemed to be fine, but when we got to the lift waiting hall, we understood that this seems not to be a five star hotel (buttons and lifts are from the previous century).
Our room was clean and nice, except it was to small and bedspread had a hole in it, also we had no light on the balcony (it didn't work) and there was a terrible smell on the balcony, because there was a bar below our room and they fried something with a very old cooking oil. But it wouldn't be a big problem, because room cleaning was fine and hotel provides you with 3 different kinds of towels plus towels for taking sunbaths. Real problem was with the Restaurant Pavillon, where we reserved breakfast and dinner. Restaurant service was below any kind of normal level, service was very unfriendly, slow and didn't speak English at all, ants were on the dinner tables and food choice was very poor, also most of the food was cold(fried potatoes, meat, fish) In addition the restaurant does not offer any kind of drinks on dinner, even still water, and price for a glass is 2.55 EUR.
I would not recommend this hotel as 5* quality hotel and would not recommend staying in it at all.
