The hotel is not a 4-star hotel at all. The rooms were not cleaned if we were at the room, every day the cleaning lady came at different hour, the spa center was very dirty, our bathroom also was very dirty. We went to excursion all day and in the evening the room was as dirty as in the morning. We run out of toilet paper, the bins were overflown with garbage because 3 days our room was not cleaned.
The meal was nice but some of the dishes were dirty - they had food remains on the back side.
The pool was dirty too - the cleaning system consisted of throwing bleach and cheap chlorine dust directly in the pool, not in the shcimmerrs as is the practice all over the world.
The thing that disgusted me most was that in the spa-center the face mask was spread with one brush on 3 different women. Also the colonies of fungi on the towels, in the wardrobe sections, on the washing parts. We have reserved hours for massage but we cancelled them because it was really very dirty.
The rooms are smaller than announced. The staff pretend to not understand English, they are very slow and incompetent, they always had misunderstood something, may be because we haven't given them enough bakshish! It is not allowed in a 4-star hotel to behave in such a manner= I have never seen such an attitude in 4-star hotel in Bulgaria, Greece, Germany, et cetera.
I will not repeat the mistake to ruin my vacation second time in that particular hotel.
