I was staying in this hotel from 5th to 19th of August. On the whole Royal Regina is a good resort, the main merits of which are - big and green territory with flourishing gardens and clean beach which is regularly cleaned. There are though some serious drawbacks to be mentioned. First of all the restaurant and the service. Unfortunately the menu is very scarce and you have no food choice - mostly rice and potatoes (which could be not bad for some not luxurious vacation, but a serious problem for example to those who keep a diet). Would also mention that even products given as meals are not always well cooked. The other problem is that dishes are not well washed... and the last but not least - waiters can't cope with cleaning the tables fast. As to the rest service - it is more or less satisfactory, but seems that attendants are expecting you to give them more bakshish. Would also mention that don't trust the porter your luggage, while after bringing the luggage to my room, my new sunglasses which were packed in it disappeared.
