Dear General Manager!
I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided in your hotel. I stayed at other hotel and used a beach which is temporary used by your hotel. Your employee named Ashraf offered to me and some other guests from Russia SEXUAL service instead of working!
He stayed near our chaise longue near 15 minutes saying that he is good at sex and so on.
To my mind this is unacceptable as we pay a lot of money and want to get a respect from service staff!
Please be advised to take addition trainings to staff who contacts tourists directly.
Such attitude of your staff do damage your reputation.
