Для Сингапура - стыдно так его содержать. Наличие окна - повышает стоимость, но пришлось его закрыть шторами, чтобы не видеть весь мусор и тд. Месторасположение хорошее. Чайна таун с мишленовским киоском рядом! Пешком можно все обойти (район Марина Бей) и вся набережная!
