Заехали в данный отель 02.09.2024 на 10 дней вдвоем с подругой . Нами был оплачен номер LARGE ROOM. Однако поселили нас в стандарт. После долгих разбирательств и споров обещали переселить в LARGE. ЖДЕМ... на следующий день вернулись с пляжа- в номере нет горячей воды... на ресепшене сказали, что сломался насос - во всем корпусе нет горячей воды . И вот уже второй день нет горячей воды... В номере подруге было прохладно- и мы попросили одеяло... Одеяло бросили под входную дверь номера....

ЕДА НА ТРОЕЧКУ.

СЕРВИС ГОВ......!!!! Мы уже не первый раз в Аланье, но такого говенного отеля никогда не встречали!!!!!!!! Нам жить тут еще 8 дней.... и какие сюрпризы будут- не известно....

НИКОГДА НЕ ВЕРНЕМСЯ В ЭТОТ ОТЕЛЬ!!!!!!!! И ВАМ НЕ СОВЕТУЮ
