I am on holiday with my family at Rixos Tirana Radamis. The good things: location, food, room, large pool.

This is not the first time on the Rixos network, but Rixos Tirana Radamis was disappointing.

Check-in earlier than 14:00 is only for money, although rooms are available. Service in restaurants, by the pool - it’s easier to go to the bar yourself - the waiters are not suitable. In the main restaurant by the pool it is difficult to find a table as dirty dishes are not cleared away. When you yourself have finished dinner, they won’t clean up after you either, you have to ask. The seats are dirty. In the morning no one will offer tea/coffee for you in the restaurant - you have to make it by yourself - usually Rixos stuff offer you drinks, and this is the first Rixos hotel where you don't get it.

The umbrellas by the pool are broken and falling from the wind. The staff doesn't help you move or open the umbrellas.

If you are looking for 5+ service, then Rixos Tirana Radamis is not for you.
