We are very upset with the attitude of your staff in the coffee shop, your employees are extremely disrespectful to their customers, ignore orders, serve coffee in broken dishes, constantly make mistakes in orders, smirk and arrogantly treat guests. I am extremely dissatisfied and indignant, I ask you to take action against employees who are completely devoid of manners, such people should not work in the service industry. Among other things, initially we were given a room that did not meet the requirements of the reservation: with two separate beds instead of one, with a view of the slide, instead of a view of the sea, although the hotel was warned about the important date - the anniversary of the couple and about the wishes. Please inform me what measures will be taken in connection with my appeal.
