Даже не вздумайте ехать!!!!

Приехали в отель в 15:00, ждали заселение до 18:30, после нас заселили в совершенно непригодный для проживания номер. Это не отель, а место размещения для животных. Везде грязь, плесень, номера совершенно не пригодны для проживания, за отелем не следят, сотрудники не могут решить проблемы. Везде грязь, в туалетах 💩намазано на стенах, нет бумаги, полная антисанитария и тд. Попросили поменять номер, сказали т.к. праздник курбан байрам, отель переполнен, номеров нет. Туроператор Фан Сан не может решить проблему.
