Всё портит reception

Работа reception и уборка номеров просто отвратительна. Вместо запрошенного номера повыше дали номер 1003 -- 1 этаж на стоянку машин- за 25€ в сутки обещали номер повыше.. два дня унижений и уговоров и дали все таки номер выше--- 1657.

За две недели постель поменяли 1 раз. Уборки практически не было. Не докладывали косметические средства и не пополняли мини бар.

Эти две службы отеля испортили весь отдых.

Были в отеле 3 раза и вот такое отношение к постоянным гостям.

Всем остальным работникам отеля огромное СПАСИБО, ОЧЕНЬ ХОРОШЕЕ ОТНОШЕНИЕ К ГОСТЯМ!

И чисто и вкусно и ВСЁ НА ПЯТЬ.
