Были в данном отеле июнь-июль 2023г. Решили вернуться (28.09-10.10.2023) .по приезду немного были разочарованы. Так как приехали в отель повторно, ожидали немного другого отношения,как было в других отелях( приветствия от отеля- сюрприз) . Заселение прошло ужасно,до номера нас не проводили. Когда пришли в номер,были очень удивлены -разочарованы - НОМЕР ДЛЯ ИНВАЛИДОВ! Пошли разговаривать на ресепшн, сказали приходите завтра, может быть поменяем или нет. Ощущение было,что вымораживают деньги.Пришлось звонить туроператору и снова ругаться на ресепшене. Скоро нашёлся номер и нас переселили,т.е. мы сами опять пошли в другой номер с вещами. Настроение было испорчено!

Территория отеля прекрасная, курочки ,кошечки. Море, пирс хороший.Питание немного изменилось,по сравнению с июнем. Не стало живой музыки по вечерам.
