Начну с простого , уборка хуже не куда , старые заношенные полотенца и постельное белье в пятнах. Рестораны работают по принципу за час до закрытия все убирают и выключают свет ! В ресторане официанты даже не могут чашку чай принести с ложкой и сахаром ! Это не то что 5 звезд он и на одну не тянет !!!! Про стойку пляжа я вообще молчу !!! Если вы собираете куда-то за пределы поехать отеля! Будте осторожны , так как вас повезут не в то место куда вы указали, покупать шубы и золото! Лучше на такси и сразу договор впиться туда и обратно!
