Хороший отель, персонал в целом отзывчивый, есть отдельные единицы, которые портят отдых. В частности - девушка в зоне спа.

Но, несмотря на это, отдых удался, благодаря менеджеру Qasim.

Замечательный, отзывчивый человек, решал любые проблемы на протяжении всего отдыха! Человек, которые действительно является лицом данного отеля!

Очень благодарны ему за это. Весь персонал должен быть именно таким, как Qasim. Просьба к администрации отеля, обратить внимание на данного менеджера! Прекрасный человек, которому можно аплодировать.
