The staff is not well trained
I disappointed from a big hotel like that, they need to be more helpful to the guest and fix the rooms problem ,
The staff is not well trained, food was not good , beach is empty, the room was like shit and I asked to change the room from the man in the reception but he told me that It will be with extra charge, I was like talking to a robot no smile to the guest and asked to talk to the manager to help me in my problems first he told me that the manager is not here later I found another man in the reception I talked to him and he helped me in my problems after I told him about my room problem I think he was the manager or the assistant manager of the reception
