Заехали с утра, встретили на ресепшен с указанием на табличку что нужно заплатить если хотим получить раньше номер. Не говорят на русском. Нет напитков когда они должны быть. Русская админ, просто красиво говорит но ни о какой помощи речи не идет. Считаю что гость всегда прав и так разговаривать с гостями и указывать на что либо не правильно и не компетентно ! Были в отелях ниже уровнем и хуже, но такого отношения я не встречала. Прошу руководство почитать стандарты как нужно разговаривать и вести себя с гостями, чтоб они хотели остаться и вернутся в данный отель а не рекомендовать и писать плохие отзывы. Приехало в первый день с положительными эмоциями но из за такого отношения испорчен отдых. Деваться некуда и придётся отдыхать тут.
