Абсолютно не лояльный не дружелюбный отель. Не советую вам портить свой отдых.

Вечно норовят предложить спихнуть вас в другой отель сетки, оправдывая это «забитостью» отеля, не ведитесь на этот блеф. Остальные отели этой сетки гораздо хуже.

Еда однообразная, часто слишком жирная. Овощи часто грязные, про чистоту стаканов вообще молчу - ее нет.

Рядом постоянно орет караоке-кафе, спать невозможно(часто и после 12 ночи). Номера убитые, часто воняет из туалета.

Пляж Клеопатра хороший, но это не заслуга отеля.

В общем настоятельно советую не испортить вам свой отдых в этом отвратительном отеле!
