Awfully. We are disappointed. We are not satisfied.

We had the imprudence to buy a tour to this hotel. This was not a discount tour. We paid full price. The tour was for 16 days and 15 nights. A long and not cheap tour and the hotel received normal money for our stay. But despite this, we were settled in the farthest room with a view of the stone wall five meters from us and the air conditioners (see photo). Walk 10 minutes to the sea, 15 minutes to the reception and restaurants. No rest, no nice view. Only a stone wall and air conditioners.

The room was worn out, but the staff was well aware of this and did not care. It was especially difficult with the lock on the door. We couldn't enter the room. I went to the reception five times and talked about this problem. To apply - I had to walk 15 minutes from my room to the reception and then 15 minutes back. What did they do at the reception? They just gave me a new key. This new key opened the lock several times and then stopped working. And again I had to walk 15 minutes to the reception and 15 minutes from the reception.

The hotel was supposed to provide us with a standard room. The standard rooms were close to the main building and with a good view of the bay and animation. But they sent us to the very farthest place - next to the unfinished buildings.

The reason is simple - the hotel is very greedy. On Booking, this hotel sold rooms at big discounts. And unlike tours from a tour operator, the review on Booking is read by a lot more people. Therefore, this hotel has a normal rating on Booking - they sell some amount of the rooms at a big discount and settle people from booking in normal rooms. Tourists who have taken a tour through a tour operator are treated completely differently in this hotel.

What is the result? We went to the sea, but we didn't get the sea. We got a stone wall. We went to turn off our heads and rest, but instead we constantly walked long distances to the reception just to enter our room. If you want to spoil your holiday - choose Albatros Citadel.
