неприятная ситуация произошла буквально за сутки до приезда

отель был забронирован и оплачен заблаговременно, за 2 месяца до приезда. За сутки до приезда - 07.10.2022, отель сообщил о своем раннем закрытии. Туроператор предложил без вариантов другой отель MG WHITE LILYUM 5*. Но предложенный отель оказался ужасным и мой отдых был испорчен. Считаю, что отели с звездностью 5* не должны так опрокидывать отдыхающих.
