В данный момент нахожусь в отеле. Ежедневно каждую ночь в 2-4 утра (7 ночей) включается сигнализация двери на весь этаж. Каждый день приходит инженер и говорит, что починит завтра. Завтра приходят и чинят, НО ночью дверь опять начинает пищать. Это не отдых, а какая-то катастрофа- ночью не высыпаешься, потом все утро ждёшь мастера, потом идёшь напоминаешь о себе на ресепшен. Осталось 2 дня отпуска, хотелось бы провести ночи в спокойствии, так как уже просто нет сил! Сегодня ночью приехали с экскурсии, дверь вовсе не открылась со стороны улицы, потребовалось снова вызывать мастера.

Прошу руководство обратить внимание на ситуацию и принять меры по устрашению дефекта дверной системы!
