While visiting at this hotel I paid a deposit of 5000 AED which had to be paid back but wasn’t paid. Hoteliers of Jumeirah Beach Hotel must decide it isn’t important. Moreover, they ignore my letters absolutely. That awful customer treatment I’ve never met before! I’m Muslim and I didn’t expect such a thievery in the country where the cod of Islamic law is respected! It’s a shame that I have to write down this in Ramadan!
