Very dirty rooms
We were so surprised when we received the room. All carpet was dirty like it has never been cleaned. Table dirty with white spots. The tv didn’t working. The surface of tv with spots from construction tape. We asked no smoking room, but in this room we felt sigarets smoke. We saw other Novotels and had thought that there are standard for all network. But we were wrong. We were sad.
